Schematic Design

Estimated: 30 to 60 days

We transform the gathered information into a conceptual design. Using 3D tools and virtual walkthroughs, you visualize your future space before it exists. Structure types, materials, and tentative budgets are defined. With the schematic design developed, we present the concepts and design for review.

Project Development

Estimated: 30 to 60 days

With the concept approved, we develop the project in great detail. We select finishes, materials, and define technical specifications. Thanks to BIM technology, you visualize exactly how each space will look with actual materials from the local market. Supplier selection is rigorous, based on experience and open to innovation.

Specialties Development

Estimated: 30 days

All required specialties are developed: soil studies, structural, electrical, and plumbing calculations, plus specialized projects such as security, home automation, and HVAC. We use advanced tools to detect and resolve interference before construction.

Budget

Estimated: 15 days

We present a detailed budget based on real quotes from verified suppliers, with specific negotiated prices ready for execution. The construction schedule and payment timeline are developed, providing complete clarity about the investment.

Construction

Your vision comes to life

We handle all permits, contracts, and site coordination. Every decision is presented clearly and pre-selected, respecting your time. Once the contract is signed and the first payment is made, with all permits in place, construction begins.

Habitability

Welcome home

We review every detail before handover. You receive final plans, complete documentation, and an explanation of how all systems work. Includes a one-year warranty, post-delivery support, and assistance obtaining the Occupancy Certificate.
